S.M.A.R.T Repair
A SMART Repair means a Small, to Medium, Area Repair Technique. This is a specialist method of repair, carried out only by highly trained and skilled technicians. A SMART Repair will specifically target the damaged areas of your alloys, removing all scuffs, scratches, and paint chips to restore these areas. This is followed up with a fresh undercoat, and a paint blend that will fade around the rim and down the spokes to make the fresh repair inconspicuous. The alloy will then be relacquered and heat cured to give a fresh new look.
All Types of Regular AlloysFrom 17" alloys to 21" alloys, regardless of color, shape, or size our technicians can repair all types of regular alloys. Please bear in mind, if you have Diamond Cut alloys these will require a different method of refurbishment and our customer care team will be in touch to discuss this with you.
Not suitable for Diamond Cut AlloysDiamond cut alloys require a different process of refurbishment than regular alloys. If you require a refurbishment to your Diamond Cut alloys, please purchase our Diamond Cut Alloy Refurbishment package or get in contact with our customer care team who will be happy to discuss all the options available to you!
Fully MobileJust like all My Mobile Valeter & Detailer services, our alloy refurbishments are fully mobile and able to be completed at the roadside, removing the inconvenience of taking your car to expensive garages!
Photos RequiredDue to the varying nature of wheel damage, after booking the support team will require images of the affected areas in order to confirm the booking and quotation. Please note, alloys that show extensive damage may require additional work and therefore a surcharge may be applied. Please send these through to info@mymobilevalereranddetailer.co.uk upon making a booking.
Please Clean Your Alloys!Please ensure your alloys are cleaned sufficiently prior to the service taking place. This is to prevent any dirt being caught under the lacquer. Please also ensure that there is no tyre shine present on your alloy. This is to prevent the lacquer from reacting with the tyre shine.
Parking RequiredParking within close proximity to your vehicle is required for our technicians to perform the repair.
Electricity RequiredYou will be required to provide access to mains electricity. All extension cables will be provided by our technicians.
Locking Nut RequiredAs we will be removing your alloy, we will need access to the locking nut (plus adaptor if applicable).

Please be advised that any defects or concerns with completed work needs to be advised within a 24 hour notice period. Engine bays cleans for the relevant packages/ add on will be cleaned at you discretion. Note that all vehicles will be video recorded before and after works are carried out for quality control purposes.
