Do I need to provide parking?
Although this is a mobile car cleaning service, for the valet to take place the agent will require parking next to your vehicle or in close proximity to it. As it is a fully mobile service, this does not have to be on a driveway at your home, but can also be carried out on a public road as long as parking is available.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel your valet free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Less than 24 notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel the valet within 30 minutes of the start time, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Do I need to provide water and electricity?
Unless you specify on our booking page that you are able to provide a water and electricity supply, you will only be able to book mobile valeting companies that are able to complete the wash using their own resources.
Can I reschedule my valet if the weather conditions aren’t suitable for it?
Your valeter would be able to advise if the wash can go ahead or it’s best to reschedule. This is based on the package you have booked and if you have any shelter available for your home car valet to take place. Every valet is evaluated on a case by case basis, and your valeter will contact you if a reschedule is required.
Do I need to be present for the duration of my valet?
No you don’t, however depending on the valet booked you may need to provide access to the interior of your car. We would advise being available to meet your valeter upon arrival so they are able to begin the wash on your car smoothly.
How can I speak to my valeter directly?
The best way is to process your booking through the app, this would allow you to be in touch with your valeter directly via our messaging system. Should this not be possible, please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist with any queries relating to your valet.
Can I schedule a Refresh at a later date?
Yes you can! Our teams availability automatically syncs in your area and you'll get an instant confirmation in app, or an email when booking online.
Has my booking been successful?
Click "Bookings" on the left hand tab of the app to check.
It will say "Track"
If it isn't in there, it hasn't been requested.
Check your email inbox for online bookings.
What is the status of my Refresh?
Click "Bookings" on the left hand tab.
Click "Track" and it will show you when your Refresher is en-route, arrived, refreshing and done.
What happens if the app is giving me server or database error?
Please delete the app completely & re-download it.

I've shared my promo code and have credit, how do I redeem it?
You'll receive an email every time credit has been applied to your account.
Open your Refresh app.
Start booking a Refresh as per normal.
In the confirmation window next to the price click "Redeem".
Click the box next to the name of the person you earned credit from.
Click Redeem & the credit will be applied.
Can I add multiple cars to my booking?
Yes, if you would like to have the same valet done on multiple cars by the same technician, you have an option of adding a second car from the list of extras. If it’s more than 2 cars or differing valets, we would be happy to assist you in creating a booking to your requirements.
Can I add on additional services to my valet?
Your valeter is able to carry out a range of services not listed in the package description, all of which can be conducted fully mobile. Should you require an extra add on to your valet, these can be located in the ‘Extras’ menu during the checkout process.
How can I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password for the app, you will need to go to the log in screen and press to 'log in'. There is then a link that you will be able to tap saying 'forgotten password'. By entering the email under the account you will then be sent a reset password link to that email address.
Is it possible to cancel and/or reschedule?
Yes. You can reschedule your order through the app in the booking details page. Depending on the stage of your order you may be subjected to additional charges.
Please note, once a Valeter is en route or has started the wash, a refund will not be possible.
How do I claim an offer?
You'll be able to redeem your wash offer when you download the app. Enter your discount code on the payment page when booking your wash.
All offers are subject to a limited time only.
Can I pay with cash?
Wash Doctors is a 100% cashless service. You can secure a booking on the app using any of the following options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit/credit card or Paypal.

Click "Cancel".
Online/Phone Bookings:
Reply to your booking email.

You can still request detail outside of the service area however, we require 10+ vehicles and you will need to contact us in advance.
How secure are my credit card details?
Very. All your details are encrypted and secured. It's not easy to have apps in the app stores - we had to pass extensive security measures and have to uphold valid security certificates.
When will I be billed?
Only when the Refresh is complete.
How long will it take to Refresh my car?
It depends how many French Fries have been left between the seats.
We suggest you always allow 2h for Signature & 1h for Refresh X / io.
